Face to Face Training – Terms & Conditions

Prices include all tuition fees, manuals, equipment and refreshments, as stated, but excludes travel and overnight accommodation. Payment can be made online through PayPal or by cash, cheque, credit card, debit card or bank transfer.


A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the module or course fee secures your place. In the event of cancellation or postponement, your booking may be transferred to another module/course within 12 months of the original course date, subject to availability.

Full Payment

Full payment or the balance of the fee is payable 14 days before training commences. If full payment or notice of postponement is not received by this time, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.


If, due to circumstances beyond your control, you are unable to attend a course you have already booked and paid for in full, your place can be transferred for up to one year.

Cancellation terms

Full refunds (excluding the non-returnable deposit) will only be given if notice is received up to 14 days before the module/course start date.

50% (excluding the deposit) will be given for cancellations received between 7 and 14 days before the module/course start date.

No refunds given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the module/course start date.

Study in Style reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates of a course or module at any time. A full refund or alternative dates will be offered.

If on occasions, only one person is booked on to a course or module they will be offered the option of postponement or one to one training at the same rate.

If a student is unable to complete a module or course due to illness or for personal reasons, they will be offered a place on the next available course.

Online Training – Terms & Conditions

Module and course prices include all stated equipment + relevant mentoring package. Payment can be made online through Paypal or by cash, cheque, credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

All prices quoted are in GBP (Great British Pounds Sterling). Any taxes relevant to your country of origin will be calculated and added before final payment is requested.
You may wish to use a currency converter to calculate the price in your own currency. However, you can’t be guaranteed that this will be the same rate of conversion used by your credit / debit card company at the time your payment is processed. The transaction will appear on your credit / debit card bill in your own currency.

Shipping Information

We will dispatch any physical products within 7 days of receiving your payment. We cannot confirm a time for delivery. We use a number of couriers such as FedEx, UPS and DHL. The courier we choose may vary depending on the destination. However, we always use a secure, signed-for delivery service with online tracking.

Returns Information

If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them to us by post for a replacement or refund. The refund policy is shown below. You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of your contract with us, or within fourteen days of receipt of goods (whichever is longer).
The responsibility and cost of returning the goods safely, lies with you the customer. We would recommend a secure, signed for delivery service to ensure proof of delivery. Any returns need to be sent back in their original state and within 14 days of your decision to cancel.

Refund policy

Shipping costs and handling fees are not refundable. The cost of any returned items that are not in a suitable condition for re-sale will also be deducted from the refund total.

Customs and Taxes

International customers may be liable for import taxes. These are duties levied by your own Government’s Customs office. Contact your local Customs Tax Office for details prior to purchase.

We aim to provide the best possible services to our students. In the unlikely event of receiving complaints, we undertake to look into them thoroughly and promptly, and do everything reasonable to put matters right.
