Online Training at Home
If you are working full-time, run another business, have family commitments or budget constraints that make training Face to Face difficult, then we have designed the Online Training Modules as a solution. Studying this way allows you to train, learn and develop a style business without the need to travel or take time off.
The Image Professional and Personal Stylist Courses can be studied at home through our unique online training programme. The online training videos contain footage of the training room environment so that you feel as if you are training alongside other consultants.
The videos include a variety of different colour and style consultations, examples of wardrobe and shopping sessions as well as practical tips to help your style business grow.
The Personal Shopper Course can be studied online with 9 different chapters to build your knowledge. The content is delivered via online video tutorials, workbooks, handouts and exercises, plus a monthly Q&A group coaching call with Gail.
How does Home Study work?
Training online is easy to fit around your other commitments – watch a chapter when the kids are asleep, study a module at the weekend or just read a couple of pages with your morning coffee. Train at your own pace through the interactive training sessions and – if you have any questions – we are here to help you with regular mentoring sessions as well as assessments and projects for you to complete.
The videos and online tutorials have been designed to be as user friendly as possible and trainees love the fact that they can practice their new skills immediately.
Home study offers you the obvious benefits of saving time and money as you won’t need to take time off work, or spend money on petrol, airfares, childcare or hotels.
You can work at your own pace, rewind and videos as many times as you want. It may take you a couple of weeks, a few months or even a year to complete your course, but you can fit it in around your life, building your experience and knowledge.

“I am absolutely loving the course. I cannot stop staring at everybody’s eyes now! I’m so glad I am training online because I can go over the videos again and again. Thanks”

If you study The Image Professional or Personal Stylist Course, you receive the same comprehensive information and equipment that you would receive on a Face to Face course – nothing is left out. Plus you have the added bonus of being able to rewind if you need to repeat an important piece of information!
In addition, if you would like more accountability and structure, you could join our Style Academy for focussed training with an online group.
We also offer a number of Style Skills Days to allow you to practice and hone your Colour Analysis and Styling skills in a small group environment.
Whichever training course you choose, we offer lifetime support to guide you as your business grows. Mentoring Q&A sessions and email access are also incorporated into the training programmes. This will suit you if you like to be able to ask questions as you go through the training.
We also offer occasional face to face training workshops and Blended Learning Days. At these sessions you would have the opportunity to mix with other trainees to learn and practice your skills.
“The module format of the Home Study Course helps to ensure you’re on the right track. You can study at your own pace and it’s all in logical, manageable stages building up your knowledge as you go through the course. The level of detail is phenomenal and Gail has a lot of good advice on building up the business side of things. What’s great is that you can build up a business as you go through the course. I still work part-time and what started as an interesting side-line has real potential to become a strong business. Study in Style is a great investment; the course is rich in detail and offers brilliant value for money. I now have new skills I’ll always be able to use.”
